stunning property, exceptional airport transfer service, beautiful lounge of Royal Club Package
Prices for services here are absurdly high!!! The delayed pick-up time came with a lack of communication!!! I found the noise from cleaning staff quite disruptive during morning hours. The pool area could benefit from some more amenities!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed the warm welcome from the staff, with a special touch on my daughter's birthday that made it unforgettable. The breakfast spread was a delight, especially the live dosa station! It’s also conveniently close to the airport, perfect for families on the go.
My kids wished the room could comfortably fit three adults. It felt cramped after adding an extra bed.

Upgraded to a sweet suite! The bed was like sleeping on a fluffy cloud, and they even offered me a bubble bath. Perfect for some quality time with my husband after baby duty!
The only downside? I think the bubble bath might have caused a few ripples—literally. Seems like the water didn't want to stay in the tub!

The ambiance is exceptional with lush greenery, creating a serene escape. The staff provided friendly and prompt service, ensuring comfort throughout my stay. However, upon check-in, the room I was first shown did not meet expectations due to its musty smell and inferior facilities. Additionally, noise from adjacent rooms was distracting, which diminished the overall experience.

I enjoyed my stay at The Leela Mumbai. The lush gardens created a peaceful atmosphere. The staff made everything feel welcoming, always ready to assist with any request. My room was comfortable, providing all the necessary amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection that catered to different tastes, making mornings enjoyable. A special mention to the club lounge for its delicious snacks and drinks available throughout the day. However, I faced delays with room service. On one occasion, my order took a long time to arrive, and when it did, it was incorrect. Additionally, the AC was a bit too cold, especially in dining areas. I felt uncomfortable eating in such a cold atmosphere. More seating in public areas would also have been appreciated, especially near the lobby, as it got crowded during check-in and check-out. These small adjustments could make a big difference.

The Leela is an excellent choice for business travelers, with a convenient location just a short drive from the airport. The staff provided exceptional service, assisting with early check-out arrangements and accommodating special requests. The buffet breakfast was impressive, offering a variety of international dishes, including fresh local Indian cuisine. The room was well-appointed with elegant furnishings and a lovely view of the pool area, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of meetings.

The Premier City View Room delivers a nice perspective of urban life, especially from the bay window. Happy hours at 6 Degrees offer selected brands from 5 PM to 7 PM, creating a pleasant atmosphere for unwinding after a long day.
Minor annoyances disrupted the stay. The shower had overflow issues, which could be quite unpleasant. Breakfast felt chaotic, with limited options and staff hard to locate for requests. Additionally, deliveries aren’t allowed past the entrance gate, which means a trek just to receive an order—a hassle that could be improved.
